A small studio,
built around one idea
Abhi Productions is led by Abhishek, and has photographed weddings and celebrations since 2014.
“I started photographing weddings because I kept noticing the parts nobody was pointing a camera at.”
Abhi Productions began in 2014 with one camera, one wedding, and a very patient couple in Gaya. Eleven years later we are a small team of five, and we have photographed more than three hundred weddings and celebrations across India and beyond.
The way we work has not really changed. We arrive early, we stay late, and we spend the day watching rather than arranging. Almost nothing you will see in your gallery was posed. The ten minutes we do ask for — the portraits — we keep short, because you did not plan this day in order to spend it with us.
We shoot in pairs so both sides of the morning are covered properly, and we bring a film crew when a couple wants one. Everything is edited by hand in our studio in Patna. No presets, no outsourcing, no gallery that looks like somebody else's wedding.

We document, we do not direct
If it happened, it is in the gallery. If it did not, we are not going to ask you to act it out afterwards.

One with you, one with your partner. Nobody's morning is the compromise, and nothing on the dance floor gets missed.

Edited by the people who shot it
Every frame is graded by hand in our own studio. Nothing is sent out, and nothing comes back looking like a preset.
